1890s Victorian building that was falling apart. Restored the facade brick-by-brick, gutted the inside for modern retail and apartments above. Heritage committee actually liked what we did.

Restaurant interior where we played with exposed beams and tons of natural light. Kitchen flow's solid, acoustics work, and the patio's kinda perfect.

Mid-rise condo that doesn't look like every other glass box in the city. Stepped terraces give everyone outdoor space, geothermal keeps heating costs down. Units sold out before we finished construction.

Healthcare facility that doesn't feel clinical. Natural materials, plants everywhere, waiting areas with actual daylight. Patients say they're less stressed just being there.

Old factory that sat empty for years. Now it's artist studios, gallery space, and a cafe. Kept the industrial vibe but made it actually comfortable to work in year-round.
